Dynamic Alert to Sales when customer books an appointment

I want to create an alert that lets our sales team know when a customer has booked a new appointment. Each customer is assigned a salesperson and we want an automated alert to the salesperson when a customer assigned to them books an appointment. I was looking at managing alerts in a Dashboard, but that is a static number and will not work.

Any thoughts?

Power BI only supports Data Driven Alerts. For your requirement, within Power Platforms best option will be to check Power Automate (Microsoft Flow) previously.

However, don’t have much experience on it and can’t recommend if it will work for your requirement. If interested, can check Power Automate courses available at EDNA portal.
