Dual Mode Date Table Financial Month Sorting

Hi

I am having to use the import, direct query and dual mode in my power bi due to security in my environment and to enable sensitive information drill down.

My activity tables are import, the reference tables are dual mode and the sensitive information drill downs are direct queries.

I originally had the Date table which is on the SQL Database as an import and the sorting was working fine and all the hierarchy . I’ve had to bring it in as a dual mode to enable sensitive information drill downs. Now that I have it as dual I don’t seem to be able to get the sorting on my visual quite right. It appears to be alphabetical i.e Apr, Aug. The hierarchy no longer works quite the same as well.

I have gone to my date table and sorted by the column Fiscal Month which is a number. I am displaying though the Month name in the visual.

Can anyone give me any pointers in how to get my visual to sort the months in the order that I’m trying to achieve not alphabetically?
