DAX FORMULA Oil & Gas Industry Analytics

Hello,

I watched your last training on lost customer analysis, it was really a good one thanks.

however, I tried using the DAX formula on a set of data I have it was returning an outrages figure.

Although the data doesn’t have a customer ID number, it has they names, I also tried using distinct to replace the value formula you used it also not working.

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, can you please help me out.
