Cumulative sum with date hierarchical

Hi Team,

Need help on dax formula for cumulative sum with date hierarchy.
It works properly when the date is a date. If I change date to Date Hierarchy the measure stops working.

I use below dax formula:
Cumulative Tracker Count =
CALCULATE (
DISTINCTCOUNT(‘rpt okr_tracker_details’[TTrack]),
FILTER (
ALL ( ‘rpt okr_tracker_details’[tracker_created_date],‘rpt okr_tracker_details’[sector] ),
‘rpt okr_tracker_details’[tracker_created_date] <= MAX ( ‘rpt okr_tracker_details’[tracker_created_date] )
)

Kindly check and let me know for any solution.
