Create New Column or Virtual Table

Hi there

My data model consists data from SQL server, SharePoint list and excel files stored on SharePoint.

I’m not permitted to add a column or edit any data from the SQL server.
I want to use the data in one of the columns in SQL server to create another value in a different table?
