Covid Absence - Filtering without reducing headcount

Hi All

Does anyone have a report template that I can have a look at for reporting absence?

I have absence data in one spreadsheet and then all colleague list in another - there is a personal ref that can link these.

However when I filter by only corona absences the headcount reduces too - Help!!

Loren

@LorenM,

If you can please post your PBIX file, or at least a screenshot of your data model and your DAX measure, this should be pretty quick to sort out.

Thanks.

Thanks for posting your question @LorenM. To receive a resolution in a timely manner please make sure that you provide all the necessary details on this thread.

Here is a potential list of additional information to include in this thread; demo pbix file, images of the entire scenario you are dealing with, screenshot of the data model, details of how you want to visualize a result, and any other supporting links and details.

Including all of the above will likely enable a quick solution to your question.

I used to work on problems finding items ‘not selling’. Maybe that is similar to reporting absence?

The way I usually do it is filter blanks or “show item with no data” feature on Power BI. You could take a look here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-show-items-no-data

Otherwise I haven’t seen any reports about absence.
