I have a field called Open Date for each location. I want to count how many locations open each year (Count Franchise Name) and want to be able to use the Year Slicer the report to determine the years.
This to me shouldn’t be too difficult, just link your date table to the location table.
The date table should have your year column to create a filter by.
Any reason why you couldn’t just do this?
