Calculate Amount by not connected DimensionTable

Hello EnterpriseDNA Members,

may you help me with a solution?

I want to show the right Amount (EBITDA) from the Budget 2021 table for each OperatingRegion.
Without any Measure, the wrong numbers are shown, due to not connected tables.

So I tried to Calculate a Measure with Calculate and Filter, but unfortunately I don’t got the right result.

Here the basis of the Model:
In the Budget 2021 table are my CostUnits (DimensionCode) but no OperatingRegion.
In the factData table are the CostUnits together with the OperatingRegion.
The table dim_OperatingRegion is pulled out of the factData table.

I think there should be a simple solution, but due to almost midnight I can’t see the forest for the trees.
