Add columns from a related table with filter

Hey guys
I’m trying to add some columns to this support table base on the relationship (Account) to the transactions table.

The purpose of this is to have these 3 columns on the support table :

Credits for select year
Credits for last year
Credits for selected year filter Description “Prev Balance”

This post was not a good one. Too many conditions for success. I’ve decided to go for a merge table and problem solved.
