Access to others 'My Workspace' if I am an admin

Hello, Can one have access to others ‘My Workspace’ if they have admin rights and a Power BI Pro license? As far as I know, even if they are admin, they cannot have access to others personal workspace ‘My Workspace’ unless the content is shared in a workspace that is accessible to others. Is that true? Or are there any admin settings in Admin portal that can give access to others personal workspaces?

Nope. “My workspace” is specific to the individual as designed by Microsoft.
